Æsthetic Googology, also called Æsthetology, is a non-philosophical version of Fictional Googology where numbers are coined for visual and æsthetic design rather than having definitions or forming a number line. The idea is centred around visual quality rather than quantity and having appealing designs rather than explicitly having definitions or philosophy. These numbers do not have explicit values, but one could use an Æsthetic Googologism in a video where value can be applied to it, such as in ordinal levels or in Freddie Fazbear-like series. Numbers that fit this concept include AONOXYOPP, The Animality, and The Ice Rabbit.
Æsthetic Googology can sometimes be described as a mathematical version of asemic writing, a wordless form of writing made for art purposes rather than having semantic meaning. The version of society which has moved on from semantic meaning is called post-literate society, where meaning is conveyed through symbols, images, colours, emotions, sounds, tastes, smells, feelings, and sensations. Æsthetic Googology centred around asemic writing and this post-literate society is called Asemic Googology or Post-Literate Googology, and Post-Literate Googology videos are comprised of sounds, symbols, logos, images, visuals, emotions, and most importantly, notations, but there are no number names or the names are written in some asemic script.
