It was never meant to be this way.
Taking the limit of Thought Levels, let's call that Super Thought Level 1. Let's use some kind of notation and write this as TL(1,1). Or you could also call this STL(1). Now, since this is a Super Thought Level entry, it would make it so that every STL entry of a STL lower of this STL(1) be lower than so, being unreachable. Any definition would instantly be lower than this, if it has a lower Thought Level. This Thought Level function is very similar to the Veblen Function, so let's simply treat Thought Levels in a Thought Level function just like how Ordinals are treated in the Veblen function. Let's use Ω to represent the limit of a level of Thought Level, so TL(0,Ω) would be equal to TL(1,1). If we would to write TL(1,Ω), this would mean a TL(2,1). And the cycle repeats, until you reach TL(Ω,1). This would just give you TL(1,1,1), which comparing it to a Super Thought Level would be like comparing a Super Thought Level to a Thought Level, except doing that infinitely many times.
It should be easy to see that we can just recreate ordinals here and get larger numbers and thought levels, so let's exactly do that. Let's define the second form of Meta Reality to be equal to a number of which Thought Level can be expressed with the expression, TL(1,1,1...), containing Ω entries (Ω is not Absolute Infinity, it represents the strict end and termination). This number would terminate any sort of Thought Level as a whole, without defining another level of Thought Levels. However, you could define another level of Thought Levels which means that this number could still be surpassed with simple definitions, so let's reuse a concept that we've already seen before.
Uncountability.
Now, you couldn't express the Thought Level of this anymore, it is Uncountable so you literally can't express this. Let's write this as TL1, denoting the supremum of all countable levels of Thought Levels. Now, once again, we could extend this to have something to be the supremum of TL1, and so on. So, let's end this too, with another concept that we saw earlier.
A fixed point.
So, let's define the Thought Level of this to be the least Fixed Point of the function of n -> TLn.
But we could still reuse more concepts, Inaccessible Cardinal, Indescribable Cardinal, and so on. We could do this for everything up to Absolute Infinity. And since this itself is above Absolute Infinity, we could reuse every single concept between Absolute Infinity and this, which is a ginormous number of things and properties added to this. The Thought Level and properties of this is the culmination and supremum of everything to come before this, which would automatically means that this would be the final number to be representable via Thought Levels and grant every property of each number coming before this. Of which, knowing that numbers such as "The Nothing..." are lower than the original form of Meta Reality, this would at least host the properties of "The Nothing..." and every before.
However, we do know that this is much larger than the original form of Meta Reality, which would grant this number even more properties. Since this is an infinite loop, let's now actually define the second form of Meta Reality to be equal to the smallest number that would not be contained within such number that could be reached by infinitely increasing Thought Level Levels via using concepts before the aforementioned number.
