Once, now and forever more, there was a vast being, that existed beyond all bounds (including being a being). He could not be affected by any means. His name was "Oloe", He had no competition at all, and still doesn't, but He heard the immeasurably tiny voices and thoughts of the humans, claiming that humanly concepts can be beyond it, like the observational limit, which is apparently powerful because it cannot be affected. But this was all wrong, the observational limits are allowed to not be affected because that is a field/set of laws that Oloe decided to create, which can be paradoxical because Oloe can affect it, but that is the way that Oloe likes it, so it is. These meager humans think that these irrelevant specs to Oloe can surpass it, so Oloe erased the unobservable field, into oblivion.

Saying "can Oloe create something that is beyond His own observation" is pointless. Explanation: Oloe functions above functioning, and observation, and related fields, He has free access to everything.
